Earlier this week, the community gathering that was scheduled to take place at TerraNova Equestrian Center was postponed, not canceled. We look forward to rescheduling soon.
From the start, our intention was simple. We wanted to sit down with our Myakka City neighbors and talk openly about what we’re doing on our own properties: TerraNova Equestrian Center, the Estates at TerraNova, and Miakka Golf Club.
This was never meant to be a forum on county matters, land-use policy, or anyone else’s property. It was meant to be neighbors talking with neighbors.
That’s still exactly what we want.
A little of what we were looking forward to sharing:
- The care we’ve put into restoring and improving long-dormant property here in Myakka City
- Our commitment to respecting the natural landscape and rural character that make this community special
- How the equestrian center, the estates, and the golf club are being shaped with our neighbors in mind
These are family-owned, independently operated operations. Our focus is here, in Myakka City, and on being a good neighbor.
We’re in the early stages of setting a new date and time, and we’re committed to staying transparent.
If you’d like to hear directly from us, please visit our Community Meetings page and sign up using the form. We’ll keep you updated.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
